Missed Classes
There is one make-up or credit class for each payment(12 classes) .
Cancellation
H-Music Studio reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled, students will be notified and skip to next week.
Withdrawal
H-Music Studio will refund the tuition (minus the cost of the first session of the class) and material fee (unopened materials only). The registration fee is non-refundable.
Refund
There will be no refunds later than 24 hours after the first class.
Care of Students:
H- Music Studio is not responsible for providing before or after class care for students.
Injuries:
You assume all risk of injury or harm to the child(ren) or adult(s) associated with participation in musical activities at H- Music Studio and agree to release, indemnify, defend and forever discharge H-Music Studio and its officers and staff from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses in the unlikely event of injury sustained by your child(ren) or adult student during the course or as a result of their participation in H-musical activities.
Photo/Video Release:
Unless requested in writing, H-Music Studio is granted permission to take photographs/videos of the students to use in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements, and other promotional materials H-Music Studio creates. Permission is also hereby granted for H-Music Studio to copyright such photographs in its name.
